12:00pm – 1:00pm Lunch: Marinated Grilled 4-ounce Chicken Breast, with Oven Browned Redskin Potatoes and a Mixed Vegetable Medley. Included with meal are a Mixed Green Salad and Fruit Cup, plus a Cherry Cobbler for dessert. Beverage choices will include Coffee, Decaf, Hot Tea, and Iced Tea. Vegetarian options and other special dietary needs can be accommodated with advance notice.
1:00pm – 2:30pm Activities, including visits to two sites on campus with historical significance regarding the Lincoln Highway, and featuring a re-enactment of a June 1915 “Good Roads” speech by Governor Willis.
